By Air

The Conference Center is located 20 minutes from the John Wayne/Orange County Airport. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are available outside the terminal. Make sure you give the driver the address listed above.

By Car

The Conference Center is located  on Highway 1 south of Highway 405. A map is available here.

Parking

Free parking is available. When you enter the hospital campus, look for Village Movement California branded signs along with greeters who will help you find parking and direct you to the conference center. A map of the Conference Center and parking will be made available shortly.

Hotels

We offer two hotel options, both of which offer a conference rate.

Hilton Orange County Costa Mesa

The Hilton Orange County Costa Mesa is located near the airport. There is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is 5 miles from the Conference Center.

Holiday Inn Express Newport Beach

The Holiday Inn Express Newport Beach is located on Pacific Coast Highway near the Conference Center. It is located one mile from the Conference Center.

Accessibility

The conference center meets ADA standards. The registration form asks questions about accommodation you may need to participate fully, including dietary preferences, so be sure to answer them.

Agenda

The day is designed to maximize peer learning and networking, convey best practices for village growth, impact and sustainability, and build the visibility of our movement. We will provide breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages.

ChaiVillageLA

ChaiVillageLA is the first synagogue-based village in the country, a bold partnership of two cutting-edge Reform synagogues — Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills and Temple Isaiah — to challenge their congregants to rethink their paradigms of aging and use their accumulated experience, talents, wisdom and creativity to build a community of mutual respect, support, caring and concern. In ChaiVillageLA there is no distinction between members and volunteers. Rather, all members are expected to contribute approximately four hours per month to the health and vitality of the community. Service can be in a variety of forms, including serving on a committee, working in the office, organizing an interest group or program, or providing assistance to a fellow member.
